Stainless Steel Reducers & Carbon Steel Reducers
Emirerri Steel proudly offers a wide selection of stainless steel reducers and carbon steel reducers, meticulously crafted to meet the diverse needs of industries worldwide. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we provide top-of-the-line reducers that deliver unparalleled performance and reliability in various applications.
Type of Reducers
Concentric Reducer: A concentric reducer is cone-shaped, with a gradual reduction in diameter on both ends. It ensures a smooth transition between pipes of different sizes while maintaining center alignment of the pipe axis.
Eccentric Reducer: An eccentric reducer is similar to a concentric reducer in shape but has one side offset from the centerline of the other. It is used when there is a need to maintain the same level in the pipeline or to prevent trapping air or sediment.
Straight Reducer: A straight reducer, also known as a cylindrical reducer, has a constant diameter on one side and a gradual reduction or increase in diameter on the other side. It is used to connect pipes of different sizes in a straight line.
Swage Reducer: A swage reducer is a type of concentric reducer with a short length and a more aggressive reduction in diameter. It is typically used for small diameter reductions and is often threaded or welded onto the pipe.
Venturi Reducer: A venturi reducer has a gradual reduction in diameter on one end and a sudden reduction in diameter on the other, forming a venturi shape. It is used to increase flow velocity and reduce pressure in pipelines.
Bell Reducer: A bell reducer has a larger diameter on one end and a smaller diameter on the other, resembling a bell shape. It is commonly used in drainage and sewer systems to connect pipes of different sizes.
Threaded Reducer: A threaded reducer has male threads on one end and female threads on the other, allowing for easy connection and disconnection without the need for welding.
Grooved Reducer: A grooved reducer has grooves on both ends, allowing for quick and secure installation using mechanical couplings.
