Stainless Steel Flanges & Carbon Steel Flanges

At Emirerri Steel, we specialize in providing high-quality stainless steel flanges and carbon steel flanges to meet the diverse needs of industries worldwide. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to be your trusted partner for all your flange requirements.

Type of Flanges:

  1. Weld Neck Flange: This type of flange has a long tapered neck, which is welded to the pipe. It offers high strength and stability, making it suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

  2. Slip-On Flange: Slip-on flanges slide over the pipe and are then welded in place. They are easier to align than weld neck flanges and are often used in low-pressure and non-critical applications.

  3. Socket Weld Flange: Similar to slip-on flanges, socket weld flanges are welded to the pipe. However, they have a recessed area (socket) that fits the pipe, providing additional strength and stability.

  4. Lap Joint Flange: Lap joint flanges consist of two parts: a stub end and a backing flange. The stub end is welded to the pipe, while the backing flange is free to rotate around the stub end. This design allows for easy alignment and installation.

  5. Threaded Flange: Threaded flanges have internal threads that allow them to be screwed onto the pipe. They are commonly used in low-pressure, non-critical applications where welding is not preferred.

  6. Blind Flange: Blind flanges are used to close the end of a pipe or vessel. They are solid discs with no openings and are bolted to the end of the pipe to provide a tight seal.

  7. Plate Flange: A plate flange is a flat, circular disc with evenly spaced holes for bolts around its perimeter. It is used to connect pipes or fittings together in a piping system.
  8. Orifice Flange: Orifice flanges are specifically designed to accommodate orifice plates, which are used for flow measurement or flow restriction in piping systems. They have concentric or eccentric openings to accommodate the orifice plate.
