Wear Resistant Steel Plate

Wear Resistant Steel Plate

Wearresistant steel plates are specially designed to withstand the abrasive wear and impact that comes from handling heavy materials, machinery, and other harsh conditions. These plates are crucial in applications where high wear resistance is required to extend the life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.

Applications

1. Mining and Quarrying: Our wear resistant steel plates are perfect for the harsh environments of mining and quarrying, where machinery and equipment are subjected to constant abrasion and impact.

2. Construction: Ideal for construction machinery and equipment that encounter abrasive materials, ensuring longevity and reduced replacement costs.

3. Agricultural Equipment: Protect your agricultural machinery from wear and tear with our durable steel plates, designed to extend the life of your equipment.

4. Manufacturing: Use our wear resistant steel plates in various manufacturing processes to enhance the durability of components and reduce maintenance needs.

Wear Resistant Steel Plate Grade

1. AR (Abrasion Resistant) Grades:

AR400: Known for its high hardness and moderate toughness, AR400 is often used in applications like truck beds, earth-moving equipment, and material handling.

AR450: Offers higher hardness than AR400, providing even greater wear resistance while still maintaining good weldability and impact resistance.

AR500: One of the hardest wear-resistant plates, AR500 is used in extreme wear conditions, such as mining and military applications.

2. Hardox Grades:

Hardox 400: This grade balances hardness with toughness, making it suitable for a range of heavy-duty applications, including mining and construction.

Hardox 450: Provides increased wear resistance over Hardox 400 and is used in demanding applications such as crushers and excavator buckets.

Hardox 500: Offers even higher hardness for extreme wear conditions and is commonly used in heavy mining equipment and other high-impact applications.

Hardox 550: Provides superior hardness for very severe wear situations and is used in highly abrasive environments.

3. Dillidur Grades:

Dillidur 400: Similar to AR400, it provides a good balance of hardness and toughness for general wear applications.

Dillidur 450: Offers increased hardness over Dillidur 400 for more severe wear conditions.

Dillidur 500: Known for its high wear resistance and used in applications like crushers and conveyor components.

4. NM (Norwegian Steel) Grades:

NM400: Provides good wear resistance with a balance of toughness, used in various construction and mining applications.

NM450: Offers enhanced hardness and wear resistance for more demanding applications.

NM500: Known for its high wear resistance and used in heavy-duty equipment and parts exposed to extreme abrasion.

5. Quard Grades:

Quard 400: Offers good wear resistance and is used in applications like machinery parts and wear liners.

Quard 450: Provides enhanced hardness for more severe wear applications.

Quard 500: Known for its high hardness and wear resistance, used in high-abrasion environments.

6. XAR (Extreme Abrasion Resistant) Grades:

XAR400: Similar to AR400, offering good wear resistance and toughness.

XAR450: Provides increased hardness for more severe applications.

XAR500: Known for its high abrasion resistance and used in extremely harsh environments.
